Draft for legal review. This is a working draft, not finalised legal advice. Have it reviewed by qualified counsel before relying on it.

This policy explains what information Prunny Technologies ("Prunny", "we") collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We collect only what you choose to give us:

  • Contact form: your name, work email, optional company, and the message you send.
  • Booking: if you schedule a call, the scheduling details you provide are handled by our booking provider (see Third parties).

We do not use tracking cookies, and our analytics do not identify you individually.

Contact-form data use

Information you submit through the contact form is used solely to respond to your enquiry and to arrange any follow-up you request. It is delivered to us by email through our mail provider and is not sold, rented, or used for advertising. We do not store submitted messages in a public database, and we keep no sensitive personal data in our application logs.

How we handle your data

  • Transmission: form submissions are sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and delivered by email via our provider.
  • Storage & retention: we retain enquiry emails only as long as needed to respond and maintain our business records, then delete them. [PLACEHOLDER: state a concrete retention period once confirmed.]
  • Security: access to enquiry data is limited to staff who need it.
  • Location: data may be processed by service providers outside your country. [PLACEHOLDER: confirm processing locations.]

Analytics

We use a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool (Plausible) that measures aggregate, anonymous usage, page views and a small number of events such as booking and contact-form conversions. It sets no cookies and does not build personal profiles.

Third parties

  • Mail provider (Resend or Microsoft Graph): delivers contact-form emails.
  • Cal.com: powers the booking embed; your scheduling data is processed under Cal.com's own privacy terms.
  • Plausible: cookieless analytics.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights under the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) and similar laws, including access, correction, and deletion of your personal data. To exercise them, contact us at [PLACEHOLDER: privacy contact email / DPO].
